2012 Schedule

Tuition is determined by the number of class hours taken each week per student. Classes average out by the end of the year to be 4 per month, even with holidays. Therefore tuition rates are the same for each month. EDC tuition is payable in advance and due on the 25th of each month and is considered late if received after the 1st of the upcoming month. In order for your child to remain active in class, your tuition must be current for that month.

If you pay tuition late or it is postmarked after the first of the month, the $15 late fee will automatically be payable with your next month's tuition. You will be notified via email only if you fail to pay your late fee.

Encore offers several ways for our students to pay tuition. You have the option to pay by cash, check or credit card in person at the front desk. You can also mail your payment (must be postmarked no later than the 1st) to 432 E. Foothill Blvd., San Dimas 91773, or drop it through the mail slot in our front door. Lastly, you can call the studio and we can take a credit card payment, Visa or MasterCard, over the phone. A $20 charge will be imposed on all returned checks. All fees and tuition are considered non-refundable. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR TRANSFERS will be made for missed lessons.

MAKE UP LESSONS are always available and must be made up within four weeks of absence. Please check with the front desk for the suggested make up classes and times.

Should you CHANGE CLASSES, ADD A CLASS or DROP A CLASS, a "Class Change Form" must be completed at the EDC front desk in order for book-keeping to recognize the change. Otherwise, you are responsible for full tuition until the month in which the form is received.
