DANCE STUDIO PRO

Encore Dance Centre utilizes Dance Studio-Pro Management Software (DSP) to manage your dancers account here at Encore. Here you will be able to manage all things Encore as it relates to your dancers classes and experience at our studio. Upon your enrollment at Encore, you will be emailed a user ID and password. Please fill out ALL the requested information required for your dancer. From your parent portal, you will be able to view your dancer's classes, view your monthly transaction and tuition fees, chat with your instructors/billing, Encore staff and much more! All of our communication to the studio is done via email through DSP. You should receive an email directly to your email address on file, but you can also utilize your parent portal to check messages and see your message history.

Encore requires you to enroll in our Auto Pay system, which is used to process our monthly tuition fees, and all studio related charges. Tuition is billed on the 28th of each month for the upcoming month of classes. You must have a valid credit card on file at all times. Payments that decline due to insufficient funds or expired cards will be subject to a $15 non processing fee. Studio Pro Merchant Services provides fully integrated, PCI-compliant payment processing that is powered by Stripe. Your information is encrypted and secure at all times.
